Tegner-Miller client Dustin Lancaster, owner of “An Eastside Establishment, Inc.”, has recently opened his newest venture, Hotel Covell at 4628 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles 90027. This All-Suites hotel is located above Dustin’s popular Bar Covell and Sidebar in the Los Feliz area of Hollywood.
The hotel joins his portfolio of hospitality venues which include, L & E Oyster Bar in Silver Lake; El Condor Mexican Restaurant on Sunset Blvd. in Silver Lake; as well as Hermosillo Club and Highland Park Brewery on York Blvd. in Highland Park.
In addition, Dustin has recently opened his newest wine bar, Augustine located at 13456 Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks.

In January, we discussed the new craze of “Butter Coffee”, the combination of coffee and butter that gives your morning a zing and energy throughout the day. Well the craze has continued and Bulletproof, a coffeehouse/cafe is coming to Santa Monica. They plan to open their first location at 3110 Main St. at the end of April.
