Brooke and her husband, Nick Roberts, have been clients and friends of TMIB since they opened Hudson House in Redondo Beach in 2009, named after their son Hudson. (Hudson House features not only Brooke’s signature dishes, but Nick’s specialty craft beers)
Prior to Hudson House, Brooke worked with many prestigious chefs, such as Michael McCarty; Daniel Boulud; and Ken Frank. She and husband Nick were the opening chefs at “Beechwood” in Venice.
