The recent rise of butter coffee started with Dave Asprey and his “Bulletproof Coffee”. Originally from Tibet, this specific version consists of a mixture of low-mold coffee beans, unsalted butter, and XCT oil. In total, it is a tasty breakfast treat that promotes higher energy, fat loss, and brain function. Creating the perfect boost to begin any morning.
However, not everyone is impressed. Some don’t like the slimy taste, while others compare it so a breakfast dessert. Whether or not it becomes part of your daily routine is up to you, but it is at least worth a try!
