Congratulations to longtime TMIB client Brooke Williamson on winning the title of Top Chef on Bravo TV’s “Top Chef Charleston”.  Brooke, who was also a finalist on “Top Chef Seattle” 4 years ago, won the title this year with an innovative 4 course progressive meal that wowed the judges.

Brooke and her husband, Nick Roberts, have been clients and friends of TMIB since they opened Hudson House in Redondo Beach in 2009, named after their son Hudson. (Hudson House features not only Brooke’s signature dishes, but Nick’s specialty craft beers)

Prior to Hudson House, Brooke worked with many prestigious chefs, such as Michael McCarty; Daniel Boulud; and Ken Frank.   She and husband Nick were the opening chefs at “Beechwood” in Venice.

In addition to Hudson House, Brooke and Nick are the owners/chefs at The Tripel and Playa Provisions in Playa del Rey, as well at their new Da Pokepoke, a Hawaiian specialty restaurant in Playa Vista.
